Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced HR Operations Executive to manage end-to-end HR operations for our International BPO Night Shift process. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding, offer letter generation, attendance management, employee records, HR documentation, and overall HR operations. The candidate should be capable of handling multiple HR functions while ensuring smooth workforce management and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

·         Handle end-to-end recruitment for International BPO requirements.

·         Source candidates through job portals, social media, and references.

·         Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.

·         Conduct initial HR screening and candidate assessments.

·         Manage joining formalities and onboarding processes.

HR Operations

·         Prepare and issue offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR documents.

·         Maintain employee records and HR databases.

·         Manage attendance, leave records, and shift schedules.

·         Handle employee onboarding and exit formalities.

·         Ensure compliance with company HR policies and procedures.

·         Coordinate employee verification and documentation processes.

Employee Lifecycle Management

·         Handle employee grievances and HR-related queries.

·         Support employee engagement and retention initiatives.

·         Conduct induction and orientation programs.

·         Manage confirmation, appraisal, and promotion documentation.

·         Assist in performance management processes.

Payroll & Administration Support

·         Coordinate attendance and leave data for payroll processing.

·         Maintain HR MIS reports and recruitment trackers.

·         Ensure accurate employee data management.

·         Support administrative and operational HR activities.

Required Skills

·         Strong recruitment and talent acquisition experience.

·         Hands-on experience in HR operations and employee management.

·         Knowledge of attendance management and HR documentation.

·         Experience in offer letter and onboarding processes.

·         Good understanding of labor laws and HR compliance.

·         Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

·         Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

·         Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and HRMS software.

·         Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Eligibility

·         Qualification: MBA (HR), PGDM (HR), BBA, Graduate, or equivalent.

·         Experience: 3 to 10 years in HR Operations, HR Generalist, Recruitment, or International BPO HR.

·         Experience in International BPO/ITES environment preferred.
