Customer Service Executive (Retention Process) – Night Shift

Job Location: Noida

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month + Performance Incentives

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Customer Service Executive for our Retention Process. The ideal candidate should have experience in customer service, customer retention, account management, or international BPO processes. The role involves interacting with existing customers, resolving concerns, retaining subscriptions/services, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions professionally.
• Understand customer concerns and provide effective solutions.
• Retain existing customers by offering suitable plans, services, and retention offers.
• Build strong customer relationships and improve customer satisfaction.
• Achieve retention targets and performance metrics.
• Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues when required.
• Maintain accurate customer records in CRM systems.
• Follow company policies and quality standards during customer interactions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience.
• Ensure high levels of customer engagement and loyalty.

Required Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong customer handling and objection-handling abilities.
• Experience in Customer Service, Retention, Collections, Upselling, or International BPO.
• Ability to work under targets and performance-driven environments.
• Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and CRM experience.
• Positive attitude and customer-centric approach.

Eligibility:

• Graduate or Undergraduate can apply.
• 1–3 years of experience in Customer Service, Retention, or International BPO.
• Comfortable working in Night Shifts.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
