Job Title: Inbound Sales Executive – International Car Rental Process

Job Type: Full-time (On-site / Night Shifts)
Experience Required: 3 to 5 Years (Mandatory experience in International BPO Travel Sales, Car Rental Sales, or Hotel/Flight Bookings)
Salary Range: ₹35,000 to ₹45,000 Per Month (In-hand, based on experience & performance)
Gross CTC: ₹4.5 Lakhs to ₹6.0 Lakhs Per Annum (CTC is negotiable based on last drawn salary + Unlimited Monthly Sales Incentives)
Job Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh (Near Metro Station)
Joining Status: Immediate Joiner Required (Candidate must be able to join within 0 to 7 days)

Job Overview

We are looking for a sharp, confident, and target-driven Sales Executive for our high-volume Inbound International Car Rental Sales Process. In this role, you will handle inbound calls from global customers (primarily US/UK/Canada) looking to book car rentals, long-term vehicle leases, or cross-country road trip packages. Your core responsibility is to handle customer requirements, check live fleet availability, upsell premium insurance and vehicle categories, and securely close bookings over the phone.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

Inbound Sales Conversion: Answer incoming calls from international clients looking to make global car rental reservations.
Consultative Upselling: Understand the traveler’s itinerary to upsell larger vehicle segments (SUVs, Luxury, etc.), roadside assistance, GPS navigation systems, and full-coverage insurance policies.
Price Negotiation & Closing: Handle objections regarding pricing, compare rental fleets, apply valid discount coupons, and finalize reservation details.
Accuracy & Compliance: Flawlessly input customer information, driver's license specifications, pick-up/drop-off destinations, and payment details into the reservation portal.
Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly reservation conversion rates and revenue benchmarks.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience: 3 to 5 years of stable experience working in an International Voice Process—specifically in Car Rental sales (e.g., Hertz, Avis, Enterprise, Budget processes), US Travel Sales, or GDS flight bookings.
Communication: Exceptional verbal English communication skills with a neutral or American/British accent clarity.
Shift Flexibility: Must be comfortable working in a 24/7 rotational environment, primarily catering to US/UK night shifts.
Technical Aptitude: Familiarity with international geography (US states, major airports) and reservation CRM platforms.
