Job Summary

We are hiring enthusiastic and target-oriented Sales Executives for our International BPO Netgear Inbound Process. The role involves handling inbound calls from international customers, understanding their networking requirements, and recommending suitable Netgear products, subscriptions, and technical support plans.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, experience in international voice sales, and the ability to convert customer inquiries into successful sales while delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from international customers professionally.
• Understand customer networking and Wi-Fi support requirements.
• Promote and sell Netgear routers, Wi-Fi extenders, mesh systems, networking accessories, warranties, and subscription-based support plans.
• Upsell and cross-sell premium networking solutions and technical support services.
• Explain product features, pricing, and service benefits clearly.
• Convert inbound inquiries into successful sales.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Update CRM with accurate customer information and sales activities.
• Follow quality standards and compliance guidelines.
• Resolve customer objections effectively.
• Coordinate with technical support teams when required.
• Deliver excellent customer service and build long-term customer relationships.

Eligibility

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in International BPO Sales, Technical Sales, Networking Product Sales, IT Sales, or Customer Support.
• Excellent spoken English and communication skills.
• Experience in inbound sales or international voice process is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of networking devices and Wi-Fi products is an advantage.
• Comfortable working in the US Night Shift.
• Immediate joiners will be given preference.
