Job Summary

We are hiring experienced Technical Sales Executives for an International BPO Printer Subscription Sales Process. Candidates with experience in Printer Sales, Antivirus Sales, Technical Support Sales, Inbound Technical Sales, Subscription Sales, US Voice Process, or International BPO Sales are encouraged to apply.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent English communication skills, strong sales abilities, and the capability to convert inbound customer inquiries into successful subscription sales while providing outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from international customers.
• Sell printer subscription plans and related technical services.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable subscription packages.
• Upsell and cross-sell printer support plans and value-added services.
• Explain subscription benefits, pricing, and renewal options.
• Deliver excellent customer service while achieving sales targets.
• Maintain customer information in CRM.
• Handle customer objections and close sales professionally.
• Follow company quality standards and compliance guidelines.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales KPIs.

Eligibility

• Graduate or Undergraduate.
• 1–7 years of International BPO Sales or Technical Sales experience.
• Excellent spoken English.
• Strong sales and objection-handling skills.
• Comfortable working in US Night Shift.
• Immediate Joiners Preferred.
