We are hiring experienced, well-spoken Female Customer Support Executives for our premium US Technical Printer Support Process. If you have experience handling international voice processes, troubleshooting basic hardware/software issues, and are comfortable working in permanent night shifts, we want you on our team.

Job Overview

·         Role: Customer Support Executive (US Printer Support - Voice Process)

·         Gender Preference: Female Candidates Only

·         Experience: 1 to 5 years (International BPO experience mandatory)

·         Location: Delhi & Noida (Delhi NCR)

·         Shift: Permanent USA Night Shift

·         Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹45,000 per month + Attractive Incentives

·         Joining: Immediate Joiners preferred

Key Responsibilities

·         Handle inbound calls from USA customers regarding printer installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.

·         Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to printer drivers, Wi-Fi connectivity, and paper jams.

·         Guide users step-by-step through remote support to fix software and setup errors.

·         Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction (CSAT) and first-call resolution (FCR).

·         Log detailed customer interactions, technical issues, and solutions accurately in the CRM database.

·         Meet daily performance metrics, call quality standards, and resolution targets.

Requirements & Skills

·         1–5 years of proven experience in an International BPO (Tech Support / Printer Support preferred).

·         Exceptional English communication skills with a neutral accent and strong clarity.

·         Hands-on knowledge of basic computer networking, operating systems, and printer troubleshooting.

·         Comfort working in a fast-paced, target-oriented USA night shift environment.

·         Minimum educational qualification: High School Graduate / Undergraduate / Any Graduate.

·         Strong problem-solving, active listening, and customer retention skills.
