Job Title: Press Worker (Steam Ironing)

Salary: ₹18,000 - ₹25,000 / Month

Experience Required: Minimum 6 to 12 months of hands-on experience in laundry operations

Work Shift: Rotational shifts

About the Role:

We are actively looking for an experienced Press Worker to join our growing laundry team in Bengaluru. In this position, you will be responsible for operating commercial steam irons to ensure all incoming clothing and laundry items are properly pressed, wrinkle-free, and prepared to meet high-quality standards before customer dispatch.

Key Responsibilities:

• Steam and press various types of delicate and standard garments efficiently using commercial steam irons.

• Inspect clothes for residual stains, fabric wear, or damage prior to and after the ironing process.

• Handle customer garments with extreme care to maintain fabric integrity and avoid any burn or heat damage.

• Organize completed clothes neatly on hangers or fold them according to company guidelines.

• Collaborate with the laundry pickup, washing, and packaging teams to ensure smooth daily operations.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace while keeping commercial steam equipment in good condition.

Basic Requirements & Eligibility Criteria:

• Work Experience: Proven background of 6 to 12 months working in commercial laundry or garment pressing.

• Documentation: Valid Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, and an active Bank Account (preferred).

• Flexibility: Complete willingness to work in assigned rotational shifts as per operational demands.

• Attributes: High attention to detail, punctuality, and ability to handle high-volume daily targets.
