Job Summary

We are hiring experienced International BPO Inbound Sales Executives for a Subscription Sales Process. The role involves handling inbound calls from international customers seeking assistance with Printer Support, Email Support, Antivirus Installation, Security Solutions, and Technical Subscription Renewals.

The ideal candidate should have strong international sales experience, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to convert technical support inquiries into subscription sales while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from international customers.
• Sell annual and multi-year subscription plans for printer, email, antivirus, and technical support services.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable subscription packages.
• Convert technical support inquiries into successful sales opportunities.
• Upsell and cross-sell value-added technical services.
• Explain subscription benefits, pricing, and service features.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Build customer trust through professional communication.
• Maintain accurate customer records in CRM.
• Follow company sales scripts and compliance guidelines.
• Resolve customer objections and close sales effectively.
• Coordinate with technical support teams when required.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction and call quality standards.

Eligibility

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 3–5 years of experience in an International BPO Inbound Sales process.
• Experience in Printer, Antivirus, Email Support, Technical Support, SaaS, Software Subscription, or IT Service Sales preferred.
• Excellent spoken English with a neutral accent.
• Strong sales closing and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable working in Night Shift (US Process).
• Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
