Shift: Alternate / Rotational Night Shifts (US Hours)

Compensation: ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month + Performance Incentives

Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced, detail-oriented Technical Support Executive to join our premier international technical troubleshooting team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have strong verbal communication skills and a deep understanding of remote support infrastructure. You will handle inbound calls from global customers, diagnose technical glitches, and resolve software, hardware connectivity, and application issues relating to Printers, Email clients, and Antivirus suites.

Core Responsibilities

Troubleshooting & Diagnostics: Identify, analyze, and resolve technical issues reported by overseas users regarding peripheral configurations, application security, and network settings.
Printer Support: Resolve driver compatibility errors, spooler freezes, wireless configuration bugs, and local/network setup failures.
Email Client Support: Assist clients with IMAP/POP3 configuration, server synchronizations, password authentication blocks, and security settings on platforms like Outlook, Gmail, and Yahoo.
Antivirus & Security Support: Troubleshoot installation errors, firewall blockages, spyware definitions updates, and false-positive software conflicts.
Customer Experience Execution: Deliver high-quality support while maintaining low Average Handling Times (AHT) and achieving target Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) scores.
CRM Documentation: Log and categorize all client issues, diagnostic actions, and resolutions precisely within the internal database.

Candidate Requirements

Experience: Strictly 3 to 5 years of verified experience in an international technical voice process.
Linguistic Skills: Strong command over spoken English with a highly clear, neutral accent.
Technical Domain Expertise: Proven experience diagnosing Printer configurations, Email servers, and Antivirus packages.
Shift Adaptability: Comfortable working regular night shifts to align with international time zones.
Notice Period: Looking for candidates who are immediate joiners or have a maximum notice period of 7 days.
