Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Technical
Support Executive to join our International BPO Printer & Antivirus
Troubleshooting Process. The candidate will provide technical assistance to
international customers by diagnosing and resolving issues related to printers,
antivirus software, Windows operating systems, and computer performance.
The ideal candidate should possess
excellent troubleshooting skills, strong communication abilities, and
experience supporting international customers over phone and remote desktop
tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound technical support calls from
international customers.
- Diagnose and resolve printer installation,
configuration, connectivity, and driver-related issues.
- Troubleshoot antivirus installation, activation,
subscription renewal, update, scanning, malware, ransomware, and virus
removal issues.
- Provide remote technical support using remote desktop
applications.
- Resolve Windows operating system, networking, email
configuration, and software-related issues.
- Guide customers through step-by-step troubleshooting
procedures.
- Escalate complex technical issues when required.
- Maintain accurate case documentation in CRM or
ticketing systems.
- Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction
targets.
- Deliver exceptional customer support while maintaining
professional communication.

Eligibility
- Graduate or Diploma in Computer Science, IT, or any

- Strong knowledge of Windows Operating Systems and
networking fundamentals.
- Excellent spoken English and communication skills.
- Experience using remote desktop support tools.
- Comfortable working in the US Night Shift.
- Immediate joiners will be given preference.
