Job Summary

We are hiring experienced Technical Support Executives for an International BPO Inbound Voice Process specializing in Subscription Sales. The role involves assisting international customers with technical issues related to Printers, Antivirus Software, Email Services, PC Optimization, and Software Applications, while recommending suitable subscription plans and technical support packages.

Candidates with experience in Technical Support, Technical Sales, Subscription Sales, Printer Support, Antivirus Support, Email Troubleshooting, US Voice Process, or International BPO are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from international customers.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to printers, antivirus software, email, Windows, and software applications.
• Recommend and sell annual technical support and subscription plans.
• Upsell premium technical services and software subscriptions.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and technical assistance.
• Maintain accurate customer records in CRM software.
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
• Troubleshoot remotely using remote desktop tools.
• Follow quality standards, compliance, and call handling procedures.
• Build long-term customer relationships.

Eligibility

• Graduate or Undergraduate.
• 1–3 years of experience in Technical Support or Technical Sales.
• Excellent spoken English.
• Strong troubleshooting and sales skills.
• Comfortable working in the US Night Shift.
• Immediate Joiners Preferred.
