We are hiring enthusiastic and confident Telecaller Executives for our Regional Data Collection & Public Opinion Survey Process. The role involves interacting with respondents over the phone to conduct structured surveys, collect accurate data, and record public opinions. Candidates should have excellent communication skills, patience, and the ability to maintain professionalism while handling calls.

Roles & Responsibilities

·       Conduct outbound calls for regional data collection and public opinion surveys.

·       Explain the purpose of the survey and encourage respondent participation.

·       Ask survey questions as per the approved questionnaire.

·       Record responses accurately in the company database or CRM.

·       Ensure high-quality and error-free data collection.

·       Meet daily call and survey completion targets.

·       Maintain confidentiality of respondent information.

·       Follow company guidelines and survey protocols.

·       Report daily work progress to the Team Leader.

·       Maintain professional communication with respondents at all times.

Required Skills

·       Good communication skills in Hindi (knowledge of regional languages is an added advantage).

·       Basic English communication preferred.

·       Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.

·       Experience in Telecalling, Customer Service, Survey Calling, Data Collection, or BPO.

·       Good listening and interpersonal skills.

·       Ability to work with targets and deadlines.

·       Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Eligibility

·       Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.

·       Experience: 1–3 years in Telecalling, Customer Support, Survey Process, BPO, or Market Research.

·       Freshers with excellent communication skills may also be considered.
