About the Role

IDFC FIRST Bank is hiring Telesales Executives for its Outbound Voice Process. The role focuses on sales, lead generation, customer activation, and customer retention. This recruitment is managed by Hinduja Global Solutions (HGS).

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
• Generate qualified leads for banking products.
• Explain and promote IDFC FIRST Bank products and services.
• Convert leads into successful sales.
• Complete customer activation and onboarding.
• Build long-term customer relationships.
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

This hiring process is managed by Hinduja Global Solutions (HGS). Candidates will be on the HGS payroll for the first year, with a performance-based transition to the IDFC FIRST Bank payroll thereafter. This is not a contractual position.

• Qualification: Graduate (as per company guidelines)
• Experience: Freshers & Experienced candidates can apply
