Job Summary:
We are
seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our
growing IT services team. The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of experience
in online bidding, lead generation, and client communication. You will be
responsible for identifying business opportunities for mobile and web
development services, handling the bidding process on various platforms, and
converting leads into successful engagements.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate
new leads and opportunities via online bidding platforms such as Upwork,
Freelancer, Guru, and LinkedIn.
Initiate
cold calls and follow up on leads to generate new business.
Prepare
project proposals, quotations, and responses to RFPs and RFQs.
Work
closely with the technical team to create compelling pitches and understand
client requirements.
Maintain
a healthy sales pipeline and achieve set sales targets.
Build
strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Conduct
market research to identify trends and new business opportunities in mobile and
web development.
Track,
report, and improve performance based on KPIs and feedback.
Key Skills Required:
Experience
with online bidding platforms (Upwork, Freelancer, etc.)
Strong
communication and cold calling skills
Good
understanding of IT services, especially mobile and web development
Ability
to understand client requirements and prepare tailored proposals
Lead
generation and client relationship management
Proficiency
in tools like MS Office, CRM systems, and bidding portals
Self-motivated,
target-driven, and able to work independently
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s
degree in Business Administration, IT, Computer Science, or a related field
2–5
years of experience in a similar role in the IT industry
