Job Summary:
We
are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Google Ads Specialist to
manage and optimize Call-Only Campaigns targeting printer support and
antivirus services. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in performance
marketing, particularly in lead generation via inbound calls, with a strong
understanding of Google's advertising policies, especially in tech support
verticals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, launch, and manage Google
Call-Only Ads for printer support and antivirus service campaigns.
- Perform keyword research
to target high-intent, conversion-focused search terms.
- Create compelling ad copy that
adheres to Google Ads policies, especially those governing tech support.
- Monitor daily ad performance,
track conversions (calls), and optimize for cost-efficiency and quality.
- A/B test different ad formats,
headlines, and call-to-actions to improve CTR and call volume.
- Implement geo-targeting
strategies to drive high-quality leads from approved regions (e.g., US,
CA, UK, AU).
- Manage daily ad budgets and
maximize ROI by minimizing low-quality leads or spam calls.
- Coordinate with the sales/call
center team to ensure alignment between ad intent and call handling.
- Stay up to date with Google's
policies and algorithm updates that affect tech support ads.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience managing
Google Ads, particularly Call-Only and Search Campaigns.
- Prior experience in printer
support or antivirus campaign is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of Google
Ads policies for tech support campaigns.
- Hands-on experience with Google
Ads Editor, Google Analytics, and Call Tracking Tools (e.g., Call Rail,
Ringba).
- Proven track record of running
successful call-based campaigns with measurable ROI.
- Excellent communication and
analytical skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Google Ads Certification
(Search / Call Campaigns).
- Experience with dynamic number
insertion (DNI) and call conversion tracking.
- Familiarity with affiliate
traffic, white-hat compliance strategies, and lead quality assessment.
