Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and
detail-oriented HR Executive – Onboarding to join our International BPO
HR team. The role focuses on ensuring a smooth and engaging onboarding
experience for new hires, from offer acceptance to successful integration into
the organization. The ideal candidate should have strong interpersonal and
coordination skills, with experience handling bulk hiring and onboarding in a
BPO setup.
Key
Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end onboarding for new hires
across various international processes.
- Coordinate with recruitment, IT, and operations teams
to ensure seamless joining and documentation.
- Conduct joining formalities, including document verification,
background checks, ID creation, and induction scheduling.
- Deliver engaging induction and orientation sessions
to introduce company culture, policies, and processes.
- Prepare and maintain employee files, HR records, and
databases accurately.
- Ensure all compliance and statutory documentation
is completed as per company standards.
- Support new employees during their first few weeks to
ensure smooth integration and engagement.
- Generate and maintain onboarding reports and
dashboards.
- Collaborate with payroll, IT, and admin teams for
system access, asset allocation, and ID generation.
- Assist in HR communication, employee engagement, and
retention initiatives.
- Support HR audits and data management activities.
Qualifications
& Skills:
- Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a
related field.
- Experience:
1–3 years of experience in onboarding / HR operations within an International
BPO or shared services environment.
- Strong understanding of HR documentation,
compliance, and employee lifecycle management.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
and HRMS/ATS tools.
- High attention to detail, organization, and process
management.
- Ability to handle multiple onboarding batches and meet
deadlines in a fast-paced setup.
- Positive attitude, professionalism, and a
people-centric approach.
Preferred
Qualifications:
- Experience handling bulk onboarding for voice and
non-voice international processes.
- Familiarity with background verification (BGV)
procedures and vendor coordination.
- Knowledge of HR analytics and reporting tools.
