Job Summary

We are hiring experienced and enthusiastic Sales Executives (Inbound) for Netflix subscription sales in an International BPO process. The role involves handling inbound customer calls, explaining Netflix plans and benefits, and converting customer queries into successful sales while delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from international customers
• Promote and sell Netflix subscription plans
• Explain subscription features, pricing, and offers clearly
• Upsell and cross-sell services where applicable
• Maintain accurate customer and sales records
• Meet daily and monthly sales targets
• Provide a high-quality customer experience

Eligibility Criteria

• 1 to 3 years of experience in BPO / Inbound Sales
• Excellent spoken English with strong communication skills
• Basic computer knowledge (CRM, systems, email)
• Strong convincing and negotiation skills
• Customer-focused and target-driven attitude
• Ability to work in an International BPO environment
