Process: US Telecom (AT&T) – Voice Process

Job
Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated
and energetic Sales Executive to join our AT&T process in the
International BPO division. The role involves engaging with US-based
customers over the phone to promote, upsell, and cross-sell AT&T products
and services, including mobile, internet, and TV packages. The ideal candidate
should have strong communication skills, persuasive ability, and a passion for
achieving sales targets in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
Key
Responsibilities:
- Handle outbound/inbound calls for AT&T’s U.S.
customers.
- Pitch, promote, and sell AT&T products and services
such as wireless plans, internet, and entertainment packages.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales
targets.
- Deliver exceptional customer experience by
understanding needs and providing suitable solutions.
- Maintain product knowledge and stay updated with
promotional offers and new product launches.
- Accurately document customer information and sales
details in CRM systems.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize performance
and achieve collective goals.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, call quality,
and process guidelines.
Required
Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 6 months – 1 year experience in international
voice process / BPO sales (preferably US Telecom).
- Excellent communication skills in English (verbal &
written).
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a
customer-centric attitude.
- Ability to work night shifts (US time zone).
- Proficiency in basic computer operations and CRM tools.
- High energy, enthusiasm, and target-driven mindset.
Preferred
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in AT&T, Comcast, Verizon,
or other US telecom processes.
- Experience working in a high-performance sales
environment.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
