Job Title: Sales Executive – USA AT&T Process

Salary – 20,000/- to 35,000/-per month

Location: Noida, (Night Shift / On-site / Work From Office

 

Department: International Sales / BPO Operations

Process: US Telecom (AT&T) – Voice Process

Reporting To: Sales Manager / Team Leader

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Sales Executive to join our AT&T process in the International BPO division. The role involves engaging with US-based customers over the phone to promote, upsell, and cross-sell AT&T products and services, including mobile, internet, and TV packages. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, persuasive ability, and a passion for achieving sales targets in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle outbound/inbound calls for AT&T’s U.S. customers.
• Pitch, promote, and sell AT&T products and services such as wireless plans, internet, and entertainment packages.
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience by understanding needs and providing suitable solutions.
• Maintain product knowledge and stay updated with promotional offers and new product launches.
• Accurately document customer information and sales details in CRM systems.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize performance and achieve collective goals.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, call quality, and process guidelines.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum 6 months – 1 year experience in international voice process / BPO sales (preferably US Telecom).
• Excellent communication skills in English (verbal & written).
• Strong sales and negotiation skills with a customer-centric attitude.
• Ability to work night shifts (US time zone).
• Proficiency in basic computer operations and CRM tools.
• High energy, enthusiasm, and target-driven mindset.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in AT&T, Comcast, Verizon, or other US telecom processes.
• Experience working in a high-performance sales environment.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
