Key Responsibilities ⠂ Visit restaurants, food outlets, and local businesses in assigned areas ⠂ Identify merchants already associated with platforms like Swiggy and Zomato ⠂ Explain platform onboarding benefits and process to merchants ⠂ Coordinate merchant registration and onboarding process ⠂ Collect required business details and documents ⠂ Ensure daily field activity reporting to the Team Leader ⠂ Achieve assigned onboarding targets within timelines ⠂ Maintain professional communication with merchants and internal teams Eligibility Criteria ⠂ Minimum 12th Pass ⠂ Minimum 0-6 months experience in Field Sales / Merchant Acquisition / Field Operations ⠂ Good communication and convincing skills ⠂ Basic English understanding with proficiency in local language ⠂ Comfortable with extensive field travel and target-based work Working Days & Timing ⠂ Monday to Saturday ⠂ 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM Preferred Candidate Profile ⠂ Self-motivated and confident in field interaction ⠂ Ability to work independently in assigned territories ⠂ Prior experience in merchant onboarding or sales will be preferred ⠂ Candidates with local area knowledge will have an added advantage
