Job Summary

We are hiring experienced Technical Sales Executives for our International BPO Inbound Sales Process based in Greater Noida. The role involves handling inbound calls from international customers, identifying their technical requirements, and recommending subscription-based technical support solutions.

The ideal candidate should have experience in international voice sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to achieve sales targets while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from international customers professionally.
• Understand customer technical concerns and recommend suitable support plans.
• Sell subscription-based technical support services.
• Promote software support, antivirus subscriptions, printer support, email support, and computer optimization services.
• Upsell and cross-sell premium technical support packages.
• Convert inbound inquiries into successful sales.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate customer records in CRM.
• Follow company quality and compliance guidelines.
• Resolve customer objections and close sales confidently.
• Coordinate with technical support teams whenever required.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and satisfaction.

Eligibility

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 3–5 years of experience in International BPO, Technical Sales, IT Sales, or Technical Support Sales.
• Excellent spoken English with strong communication skills.
• Experience in International Voice Process is preferred.
• Strong sales closing and negotiation abilities.
• Comfortable working in the US Night Shift.
• Immediate joiners will be preferred.
