Job Summary

We are looking for experienced International BPO Inbound Travel Sales Executives for a Cruise Ticketing Sales Process. The role involves handling inbound calls from international customers, assisting them with cruise bookings, vacation packages, itinerary planning, ticket reservations, upgrades, and travel-related services.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in international travel sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to convert travel inquiries into confirmed cruise bookings while delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from international customers for cruise booking inquiries.
• Sell cruise tickets, vacation packages, and travel-related services.
• Assist customers with itinerary planning, pricing, and travel options.
• Explain cruise destinations, onboard facilities, and package inclusions.
• Upsell premium cabins, travel insurance, excursions, and additional services.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Build strong customer relationships and ensure high satisfaction levels.
• Resolve customer queries related to reservations, cancellations, and modifications.
• Coordinate with travel partners and reservation teams.
• Maintain accurate booking records in CRM and reservation systems.
• Follow company sales processes and quality standards.
• Stay updated with cruise promotions and travel industry trends.

Eligibility

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 3–5 years of experience in International BPO Travel Sales.
• Experience in Cruise Ticketing, Holiday Packages, Flight Booking, Hotel Reservations, or International Travel Sales preferred.
• Knowledge of GDS (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre, or similar) is an added advantage.
• Excellent spoken English with a neutral accent.
• Strong sales and customer handling skills.
• Comfortable working in Night Shift (US/Canada Process).
