Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Travel Sales Executive for an International BPO in Noida. The candidate should have strong experience in travel sales, flight bookings, travel packages, hotel reservations, itinerary planning, and customer handling for international clients. The ideal candidate must possess excellent communication, sales, and upselling skills to maximize revenue and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound travel sales calls from international customers.
• Assist customers with flight bookings, hotel reservations, vacation packages, and travel planning.
• Generate revenue through upselling and cross-selling travel products and services.
• Provide travel-related information, fare details, and itinerary options.
• Manage customer inquiries and resolve travel-related issues.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
• Build long-term customer relationships and maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Utilize GDS systems and travel booking platforms efficiently.
• Follow company sales processes and quality standards.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and bookings.
