Position - Logistics & Admin Executive - (Male Candidates Only)
Overall/Total Experience: 0-1 years only
Location: Umbergaon, Gujarat
Working Days: 6 Days Working from office
Salary: 15000 INR per month
Notice Period Requirement: Immediate joiners only
Client's Company Size: Startup / Small Enterprise

Logistics Responsibilities:
Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with transporters and courier partners.
Plan and monitor dispatches to ensure timely delivery of materials and products.
Prepare and maintain logistics-related documents, including invoices, e-way bills, delivery challans, and transport records.
Track shipments and provide regular updates to internal teams and customers.
Coordinate with warehouses, vendors, and transport agencies for smooth logistics operations.
Resolve delivery-related issues and ensure timely closure of customer queries.
Maintain inventory movement records and support stock reconciliation activities.
Monitor logistics costs and identify opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization.
Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements related to transportation and logistics.

Administration Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day office administration and ensure smooth office operations.
Coordinate with vendors for housekeeping, office maintenance, stationery, pantry, and other administrative services.
Maintain records of office assets, equipment, and inventory.
Process purchase requisitions and coordinate procurement of office supplies.
Handle courier, dispatch, and document management activities.
Coordinate travel arrangements, hotel bookings, and local transportation for employees and visitors, as required.
Support onboarding and administrative formalities for new employees.
Maintain office files, records, and documentation in an organized manner.
Coordinate with internal departments for administrative support and operational requirements.
Ensure compliance with office safety, security, and facility management guidelines.
