Job Summary

NETGEAR Solutions is hiring enthusiastic and result-driven Sales Executives (Inbound Process) for its International BPO operations. The role involves handling inbound customer calls, understanding client requirements, and converting leads into successful sales while delivering excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from international customers
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products/services
• Convert inbound queries into sales opportunities
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales
• Achieve individual and team sales targets
• Provide professional and courteous customer service
• Follow company sales processes and compliance standards

Eligibility Criteria

• Excellent verbal communication skills in English
• Prior sales or BPO experience preferred
• Freshers with strong communication and sales mindset can apply
• Ability to work in an International BPO environment
• Target-oriented and customer-focused attitude
