We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Telecaller to promote and sell general insurance products such as motor, health, and other policies. The candidate will be responsible for lead generation, customer interaction, and sales conversion through outbound and inbound calls. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain insurance products Generate leads and convert them into sales Handle inbound customer queries related to policies and coverage Assist customers with policy renewals and follow-ups Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales in CRM Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets Build and maintain strong customer relationships Coordinate with internal teams for policy issuance and documentation Requirements: Graduate in any discipline Minimum 2 years of telecalling / sales / customer service experience (insurance preferred) Good communication and persuasive skills Basic knowledge of insurance products and CRM tools Compensation & Benefits: Fixed salary + incentives Training and career growth opportunities
